Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about partnering with EzFlow Climate Lab
General Questions
What is EzFlow Climate Lab?
EzFlow Climate Lab is a platform that connects corporate sponsors with verified community climate programs. We enable organizations to fund school commute initiatives that reduce emissions while improving safety and health outcomes for families. Our programs are powered by the Flowe app ecosystem, which tracks and verifies every sustainable commute.
How does the sponsorship work?
When you purchase a sponsorship package, your funds directly support the implementation and operation of school commute programs. Students and families use the Flowe app to track their walking, cycling, and carpooling trips. The app calculates the CO2e avoided compared to driving alone, and you receive verified impact reports based on this real-world data.
What do I receive as a sponsor?
Depending on your package, you'll receive:
- CO2e Impact Certificate
- Detailed Impact Report
- Methodology Summary (audit-safe documentation)
- Live Dashboard Access
- Co-branded case study rights (for larger packages)
All documentation is suitable for voluntary ESG reporting and stakeholder communication.
Reporting & Verification
Is this a carbon offset or carbon credit?
No. Our certificates represent verified CO2e avoidance from real community transport behavior change. This is not a certified carbon offset, carbon credit, or tradable instrument. However, our methodology and verification process produce documentation suitable for voluntary Scope 3 reporting and ESG disclosures.
Can I use this for ESG reporting?
Yes. Our impact data and certificates are designed to support voluntary ESG reporting. We provide methodology documentation that explains our measurement approach, making it suitable for internal sustainability reports, stakeholder communications, and voluntary disclosure frameworks. For regulated reporting requirements, please consult with your compliance team.
How do you verify the CO2e reductions?
All commute data is collected through the Flowe app, which uses GPS tracking and trip verification. We calculate emissions avoided by comparing actual travel modes (walking, cycling, carpooling) against a baseline of single-occupancy vehicle trips. Our methodology summary provides full transparency into our calculation approach.
Packages & Pricing
What's the difference between the packages?
School Commute Sponsorship — Ideal for companies wanting specific, measurable impact. Fund 1,000 verified commutes and receive a corresponding CO2e impact certificate.
Traffic Reduction Pilot — For organizations wanting deeper involvement. Full program implementation across 5 schools, including community coordination, app deployment, and comprehensive reporting.
Community Impact Program — For companies with specific impact goals. Sponsor verified CO2e avoidance through workplace and community commute reduction programs.
Grassroots Fund — A donation-style contribution to expand programs to underserved communities. Not a service purchase or impact sponsorship.
Can I customize a sponsorship package?
Yes! For organizations with specific requirements or larger-scale partnerships, we offer custom packages. Please contact us to discuss your goals and we'll design a program that meets your needs.
What is the Grassroots Expansion Fund?
The Grassroots Fund is a donation-style contribution that helps launch Flowe programs in underserved schools and communities. This expands reach, equity, and access to climate action tools.
Please note: this is a support contribution, not a service purchase or CO2e reduction sponsorship. It does not generate reportable impact certificates.
